Purpose of Course: Grand days out;

  • To enjoy the hills and mountains of the Lake District
  • To visit quiet backwaters and sneaky paths
  • To discover some great views and some great weather (not necessarily dry)

This is a weekend away from normal life and into the world of Wainwright’s Lake District. The lake District national park is a stunning area of outstanding natural beauty. By choosing a walking weekend with ArrampicA, we will aim to take you to some of our favourite locations.

The cost includes: All guiding, Bed & Breakfast and a packed lunch each day.

Does not include: Dinner

Lake District Walking Weekend 2 Days based in Lake District
Experience requirements - Over 16 years of age
Fit enough to undertake a days walking with a light day rucksack over rough ground.

Cost - £220.00

Accommodation – Bed and Breakfast in the Lake District National Park

Transport – ArrampicA Instructors are more than happy to give clients a lift to outdoor venues during the course.

If you have arrived via the Virgin Super Train to Oxenholme (Lake District) Station, ArrampicA will collect you from the station and drop you back as long as your accommodation is within 5 miles of Oxenholme.  Kendal town is just 1 mile from Oxenholme and all our recommended accommodation is within the inclusive pick-up / drop-off area.
