Facility Manager and Staff Training
Arrampica offer Management Training at two levels:
Site Specific Duty Manager Training and Site Specific Manager Training
This training is to help managers of adventure facilities, outdoor centres and leisure centres to fully understand their role and legal responsibilities and enable them to carry out the role to the best of their ability at a specific site.
The courses will develop the skills and techniques needed to manage an adventure facility or outdoor centre including staff, customers, structures and equipment. The delivery style and content will be matched to the skills and experience of the attendees and their specific site.
