David has been climbing for twelve years and has been pursuing a career in the outdoors since 1997, guiding and instructing in all the climbing areas of the UK and abroad, in the Bavarian and Austrian Alps, Norway, Tanzania, Morocco and Kyrgistan. He is enthusiastic about teaching and guiding climbing, whether it is on rock in the sun or an ice climb on Ben Nevis.

David is motivated by helping people towards achieving their potential, whatever their level of experience. He holds the full Mountain Instructor’s Certificate, which extends his instructional career to the world of ice climbing and winter mountaineering.
